1. Attested blue print / Xerox copy of approved plans of Bhubaneswar Development Authority in duplicate.

N:B In case of non availability of approved plan of BDA ,up to date payment receipt of holding tax of BMC along with the building plan in duplicate is to be submitted. For such cases N.O.C. from BMC is to be accorded.

  1. In case of Group Housing Scheme of OSHB/BDA, allotment letter along with the common approved plan is to be submitted.
  2. Proposed point of water supply / sewerage connection to be clearly shown in the body of the building plan.
  3. P.H. Fixtures and future extension if any to be shown in the plan.
  4. Signature & address of a Licensed plumber or contractor is required on the body of the plan.
  5. The applicant has to execute an agreement with the sanctioning authority with a non judicial stamp paper of Rs. Ten.
  6. A non-refundable fees to cover the charges for scrutiny of plans and refundable security fee as applicable from time to time to be deposited.
